QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper Needed (Review, Cleanup & Ongoing Support)

I'm looking for an experienced QuickBooks Online bookkeeper to review and organize approximately one year of bookkeeping records. QuickBooks Online is already set up. I'm looking for someone who can review the existing books, reconcile accounts, identify and correct any issues, and ensure everything is accurate and ready for tax preparation. This project includes: Reviewing the existing QuickBooks Online file. Reconciling bank and credit card accounts. Reviewing transaction categorization and making corrections where necessary. Identifying and resolving bookkeeping discrepancies. Reviewing the chart of accounts and recommending improvements if appropriate. Ensuring the books are complete, accurate, and ready for my tax professional. Answering bookkeeping questions and providing recommendations for best practices. Required qualifications: Strong QuickBooks Online experience. Experience with bookkeeping cleanup and account reconciliations. Excellent attention to detail. Strong communication skills. Ability to explain any issues or recommendations clearly. Preferred qualifications: QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certification. Experience supporting small businesses.
