QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper for Established Accounting Firm

Insight Business & Accounting Solutions is looking for an experienced bookkeeper to support multiple client accounts. Payroll processing experience is required. If you have not independently processed payroll, this position is not a fit. Core Responsibilities Process clients payroll Prepare quarterly payroll tax returns Clean up and correct QuickBooks Online files Review books and identify accounting errors or unusual activity Reconcile bank, credit card, loan, and balance sheet accounts Maintain accurate monthly and quarterly bookkeeping Prepare Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports Manage work across multiple client accounts Document issues that require additional review Strongly Preferred Washington State DOR / excise tax return preparation Construction or contractor bookkeeping Job costing and payroll allocation experience We are looking for someone who understands accounting beyond transaction entry and can independently determine when the books are incorrect and what needs to be fixed. Depending on experience this can be a full time position. We are super flexible as well.
