QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper with TurboTax Experience

We are seeking a detail-oriented bookkeeper with strong experience in QuickBooks Online and familiarity with TurboTax. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and reviewing tax information prepared in TurboTax to ensure accuracy and completeness. Responsibilities: Maintain and manage bookkeeping records using QuickBooks Online. Categorize income and expenses accurately. Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations. Prepare and review financial reports. Ensure books are clean and up to date. Review TurboTax entries and supporting documents for accuracy. Identify discrepancies and communicate any issues or missing information. Assist with year-end closing and coordinate with tax professionals when needed. Requirements: Proven experience with QuickBooks Online. Familiarity with TurboTax and individual/business tax returns. Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles. Experience with account reconciliations and financial reporting. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills.
