I am looking for an experienced QuickBooks Online bookkeeper to clean up my books for 2025 and bring 2026 up to date through the current month. Business Details: * Sole proprietor * QuickBooks Online * No payroll * Less than 50 transactions per month * Bank and credit card transactions primarily flow through QuickBooks Scope: * Review and clean up all bookkeeping for 2025 * Catch up bookkeeping for 2026 through the current month * Reconcile all bank and credit card accounts * Correct categorization errors and uncategorized transactions * Ensure books are tax-ready * Deliver final Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports Requirements: * QuickBooks Online experience required * QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred * Experience with catch-up and cleanup bookkeeping projects Please provide: * Fixed-price quote * Estimated completion time * Brief description of similar projects completed I can provide accountant access to QuickBooks Online for review before finalizing the quote.
