Seeking a professional to clean up QuickBooks Online for a small medical practice in Georgia. The practice is a single-member LLC and has self-managed books since its creation, and it needs a professional one-time cleanup covering the full life of the books through June 2026. Written cleanup plan provided on hire. Defined project, not ongoing bookkeeping. No patient data. Accountant-user access (no shared login); statements provided as PDFs. Scope: -Reconcile all months through June 2026: one checking account, multiple credit cards (one closed). -Remove duplicate feed transactions; find missing ones. -Entity separation: one closed card was shared with a second LLC of mine. You flag suspect transactions, I confirm in batches, you post corrections with proper intercompany/equity treatment. -Verify a loan liability against the lender statement; correct by journal entry. -Reclassifications per the written plan (owner compensation treatment, interest, capital equipment, vendor accounts, opening balance). -Chart of accounts restructure and class setup. -Loan payment interest/principal split for a September change. Acceptance: every account reconciled to the penny; balance sheet net income = P&L net income; all plan items complete; uncategorized = $0; other-entity transactions removed.
