QuickBooks Online Expert: Data Migration Project + Ongoing Monthly Bookkeeping (Home Services)

We are a small home service business looking for a reliable, highly responsive QuickBooks Online (QBO) expert. This role begins immediately with a critical data migration project, which will serve as our initial paid trial. If successful, this will transition into an ongoing, long-term monthly bookkeeping role. Phase 1: Immediate Project (The Interview Trial) We are currently migrating data into a brand-new QBO account and need immediate assistance handling the transfer cleanly. The Interview Challenge: As part of the interview process, we will schedule a brief discussion to explain the specific data layout and hurdles we are facing. We want to hear your diagnosis, your proposed solution, and your timeline for implementation. What we are testing: We are looking to see how efficiently you problem-solve, how fast you work, and how easy you are to collaborate with. This initial migration phase will be fully paid. Phase 2: Ongoing Scope of Work Once the migration is complete, the role will transition into steady monthly maintenance average .5-2 hours. Monthly Reconciliations: Accurate and timely reconciliation of all bank accounts and credit cards. Categorization: Ensuring all home service expenses, revenues, and payouts are accurately mapped. On-Demand Support: Availability to answer ad-hoc questions or troubleshoot random QBO issues as they pop up during the week. Required Qualifications Proven experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO certification preferred). Prior experience handling QBO-to-QBO migrations or complex cleanups. Exceptional Communication: You must be highly responsive. We don't expect 24/7 availability, but we need someone who communicates clearly and responds quickly during standard business hours when random questions arise.
