QuickBooks Online Reconciliation We are seeking a highly experienced QuickBooks Online professional to reconcile the following through current month: Multiple checking accounts Business credit cards Review of journal entries impacting liability accounts You will: Identify and correct discrepancies Ensure beginning balances tie to prior reconciliations Clean up duplicate or miscoded transactions Confirm transfers are properly categorized Provide a brief summary of issues found and corrections made Deliver fully reconciled accounts with exported reconciliation reports Accuracy and attention to detail are critical. About Us We are a U.S.-based professional services firm operating in multiple states. We run payroll through QuickBooks Online. We require someone comfortable working with payroll entries, owner distributions, transfers, and lines of credit. Ongoing Opportunity If this first sprint goes well, we are seeking ongoing monthly support for: Monthly reconciliations Balance sheet review Cash flow review Clean close process Financial integrity checks Required Experience 5+ years QuickBooks Online expertise Advanced reconciliation experience (not entry-level) Strong understanding of liability accounts and LOC accounting Experience with professional services firms preferred Ability to work independently without micromanagement
