QuickBooks Online & Wave Accounting Expert | Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking an experienced bookkeeping professional with expertise in QuickBooks Online and Wave Accounting to manage day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) processes and be able to maintain accurate financial records while ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and vendor payments. Key Responsibilities: Manage bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks Online and Wave Accounting. Record and categorize financial transactions accurately. Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations. Manage Accounts Receivable (A/R), including invoicing, customer payments, and collections. Manage Accounts Payable (A/P), including bill entry, vendor payments, and expense tracking. Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts. Prepare and review financial reports, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet statements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and supporting documentation. Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and best practices. Qualifications: Proven experience with QuickBooks Online and Wave Accounting. Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes. Experience with bank reconciliations and financial reporting. Excellent organizational and communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Experience with Excel and Google Sheets is preferred.
