QuickBooks Setup Review and Coaching Sessions (Multi-Entity)

QuickBooks setup review and hands-on coaching for a multi-entity health business We're a body composition company (DEXA scanning and coaching) operating as a holding company with four operating LLCs, each running its own QuickBooks Online company. Data flows in from Mercury, Ramp, Gusto, and our sales systems. An external accountant closes our books monthly. I want to get much closer to our numbers and build toward internal gross profit reporting by location, and I need a QuickBooks specialist to get me there efficiently. What the engagement looks like: 1. Initial review of our QuickBooks setup: company structure, chart of accounts, existing reports, integrations, payroll mappings, revenue flow, expense classifications, and intercompany activity, including how our combined P&L is prepared and whether the reporting structure is consistent across all entities. 2. A tailored plan for four to six practical coaching sessions based on what the review finds. 3. The coaching sessions themselves, run in our live QuickBooks environment with me doing the work under your guidance. Focus areas: tracing numbers back to underlying transactions, how revenue and expenses are classified, monitoring gross profit by location, comparing performance against targets, and building a repeatable monthly reporting process that can support a future internal dashboard. 4. Short checklists for any recurring processes we set up along the way. Deliverables: written summary of review findings, session plan, four to six coaching sessions delivered, process checklists. Access and confidentiality: accountant access to all five QuickBooks companies will be granted after contract activation and a signed NDA. Access is for review purposes only, no changes to the books without written approval, and will be revoked when the engagement ends. What I'm looking for: deep QuickBooks Online expertise in multi-entity setups, experience with the Mercury/Ramp/Gusto stack, strong communicator who can teach rather than just do, and comfort working async with scheduled sessions.
