QuickBooks Setup and Catch-Up Bookkeeping for Shopify/Printify Business

I’m looking for an experienced QuickBooks Online bookkeeper to set up and reconcile the books for a print-on-demand e-commerce business. The business primarily uses: - Shopify and Shopify Payments - Printify - Meta Ads - PayPal, bank accounts, and credit cards - AI tools, Canva, Shopify apps, and other subscriptions Scope of work: - Configure QuickBooks Online and create a clean chart of accounts - Recommend an appropriate Shopify-to-QuickBooks workflow - Record Shopify sales, refunds, sales tax, fees, and payouts without duplicating income - Record and reconcile Printify production, fulfillment, and shipping costs - Record and reconcile Meta Ads expenses - Review and categorize historical business expenses from the agreed start date - Include legitimate business expenses paid from personal accounts, such as AI subscriptions, software, equipment, and my laptop - Identify mixed personal/business purchases and possible startup expenses - Enter correct opening balances - Reconcile all bank, credit-card, PayPal, Shopify Payments, and applicable clearing accounts - Flag tax questions or uncertain expenses for my CPA - Deliver accurate financial reports and a simple monthly bookkeeping checklist - Provide a final walkthrough of the completed setup Required experience: - Strong QuickBooks Online experience - Shopify bookkeeping and payout reconciliation - E-commerce or print-on-demand bookkeeping - Experience with U.S.-based business bookkeeping and U.S. e-commerce - QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certification preferred - Printify and Meta Ads experience preferred Please answer: 1. How do you handle legitimate business expenses paid from personal accounts? 5. The posted budget is approximately $1,000. What fixed price do you propose, what does it include, and what could increase the price? 6. What records will you need from me? 7. What reports and documentation will you deliver? I will own the QuickBooks account and provide accountant access. I will not share banking, Shopify, Meta, or other platform passwords. The project is complete when all agreed historical activity is entered, all included accounts and Shopify clearing balances are reconciled through the agreed date, financial reports are delivered, and the ongoing monthly process is documented.
