Job Description We are looking for an experienced QuickBooks Enterprise specialist to help us set up our accounting system from the ground up. Scope of Work The ideal candidate will: Set up our QuickBooks Enterprise company file. Import and organize customer information. Set up vendors and supplier records. Create employee/staff profiles. Organize client and customer databases. Create and categorize inventory products and services. Set up the Chart of Accounts. Configure sales tax/VAT settings (if applicable). Set up payment terms, invoices, purchase orders, and estimates. Organize classes, locations, and departments if needed. Ensure the system is properly structured for future accounting and reporting. Clean up and verify imported data for accuracy. Requirements Expert-level experience with QuickBooks Enterprise. Experience setting up new QuickBooks companies from scratch. Strong understanding of inventory management. Experience importing large amounts of data from Excel/CSV files. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to communicate clearly in English. Available to begin immediately. Preferred Qualifications Experience with retail, wholesale, manufacturing, or distribution businesses. Experience with multi-location inventory. Knowledge of POS integrations is a plus. Project Type One-time project with the opportunity for ongoing bookkeeping and QuickBooks support.
