Quickbooks Cleanup and Tax Strategist

What we need: Clean up our existing QuickBooks Online file and get it accurate Fix our Square integration so revenue flows in automatically (or tell us honestly if it can't and build the workaround) Keep the books accurate and closed every month, without us chasing you Tax strategy for 2026 and beyond — proactive, creative, and actually planned in advance instead of discovered in April Our QuickBooks is set up, but it's a little tangled. Our Square revenue isn't syncing cleanly, so sales might need to get entered manually every month. There are categorizations that need a second set of eyes. We're currently working with an accountant company and we're looking for something better — a real person who actually knows our business, not a ticket number.
