We are seeking a skilled freelancer to assist with Office assistant & bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate must have experience with QuickBooks Desktop, Reconciling, and managing financial accounts payable and receivable In addition some data entry. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate financial records, processing transactions, and maintaining organized financial data. Attention to detail and proficiency in financial banking & software are essential. Must be avaiable in the US time Zone
