Upwork Job: QuickBooks Clean-Up & Reconciliation I’m looking for an experienced **QuickBooks Online bookkeeper/accountant** to clean up and reconcile my Australian business accounts ready for **BAS and tax**. There appear to be issues with **duplicate income reporting and incorrect account mapping** between WooCommerce, WooPayments, PayPal and my bank account. Current issues identified include: * WooCommerce sales potentially being duplicated when WooPayments payouts hit the bank * Sales receipts incorrectly posting to an **Inventory Asset account** * Uncategorised assets and expenses * Reconciliation discrepancies * Reconciling WooCommerce, PayPal, WooPayments and direct bank payments * Ensuring GST and FY2025/26 income are correctly reported I have the **full bank statement, WooCommerce sales figures, WooPayments export and PayPal export** available. **Must have strong QuickBooks Online reconciliation experience. Australian BAS/GST bookkeeping experience is highly preferred.** Please include your experience with QuickBooks clean-ups and an estimate of how many hours you expect this to take.
