Quote + small-batch production - 4 small anodized aluminum components (CNC machining)

Product studio seeking a manufacturing partner to quote and produce four small precision aluminum parts. We value accurate quoting, clean threads, and a consistent anodized finish, with the ability to start small and scale. Parts (4 unique components, all with tapped / threaded features): - Part A: turned domed disc / cap with center bore - Part B: round flange plate with threaded center boss and mounting holes - Part C: domed cap with integral stem (side set-screw hole) - Part D: small internal bracket / fitting Specs: - Material: AL 6061 - Finish: anodized (please quote natural/clear AND black) - Process: CNC machining; open to cast + finish-machined if cheaper at volume (please advise) - Tolerance: per drawing Please quote unit price for EACH part at two volumes: 50 sets and 500 sets, plus your minimum order quantity, any tooling/setup cost, lead time, and shipping to the US. Simplified drawings available on request. Full STEP files will be shared with shortlisted vendors under NDA.
