RAW Wedding Photo Editor

Hello, We are looking for a highly skilled wedding photo editor to help us fix our professional wedding photography catalog. The original photographer struggled with lighting, leaving many foregrounds heavily shadowed and backlit. We have the original RAW data files. We need someone who can utilize advanced local masking and exposure brushes in Adobe Lightroom to lift and balance the foreground lighting while strictly maintaining the rich, blue skies in the background. Additionally, we need clean, natural Photoshop retouching on our top selected images to clean up flyaway hair from the wind. Requirements: - Expert proficiency in RAW file recovery, exposure masking, and natural hair retouching. - Ability to work via a lightweight Adobe Lightroom Catalog (using Smart Previews) so we do not have to transfer terabytes of data.
