# Thumbnail Designer Wanted | Faceless YouTube Channels We're looking for a Thumbnail Designer who understands what separates a thumbnail that gets ignored from one that drives millions of views. This role is for someone who studies successful channels, understands audience psychology, and knows how to create thumbnails that instantly grab attention. **Nano Banana experience is required.** We're not looking for someone to simply follow instructions. We're looking for someone who can contribute ideas, improve concepts, and help us maximize CTR across multiple faceless YouTube channels. ## What You'll Be Doing * Designing high-performing YouTube thumbnails * Using Nano Banana and other AI tools to generate custom visuals * Researching competitors and identifying winning thumbnail patterns * Creating concepts that add curiosity beyond the title * Testing new angles and ideas to improve click-through rates * Working closely with our production team to maintain consistent output ## Who We're Looking For * Strong communication skills * Fast response times * Reliable and organized * Excellent understanding of YouTube thumbnail psychology * Experience with AI image generation workflows * Ability to work at a high level consistently * Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions quickly ## Our Standard Take a look at the style and quality we're aiming for: https://www.youtube.com/@animalquests/videos We expect applicants to be able to produce work at a similar level or better. ## Compensation Starting Compensation: * $50 per niche * Approximately $350/month across our current channels As our channels grow, so will your opportunities and compensation. ## Performance Bonuses * 100,000 monthly views = $50 bonus * 500,000 monthly views = $150 bonus * 1,000,000 monthly views = $350 bonus Outstanding performance can lead to higher rates, additional channels, and long-term growth within the company. ## How To Apply Start your application with: **MANGOES** Applications that do not include this word will not be reviewed.
