REMOTE Inside Sales Lead Generation Specialist

What We're looking for: We need a new Inside Sales Lead. This is a remote (work from home) position. We are actively seeking a dedicated and responsible Inside Sales Lead Generation Specialist to join our Self Storage Investment Team. This individual will be responsible for creating, building, and maintaining an Excel google doc of all our leads consisting of Self Storage facilities in certain areas. This specialist will search google maps for Self Storage facilities meeting a certain criteria, and record certain data points about those facilities in excel. It will be required of this Specialist to cross reference information provided by Google with County property records, and other sites containing the relevant and needed information. Growth Opportunities: Strong opportunity for growth for Specialists who want to pursue outside sales or manage a team of our Sales Lead Specialists. You'll be graded on list accuracy, performance, and ability to problem solve. We will actively promote from within.
