REMOTE OPERATIONS COORDINATOR (Command Center Support) Compensation: $6.00 USD per hour Schedule: Pacific Time Zone Available Shifts: • 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM PST • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM PST Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our growing remote Command Center team. This role serves as the communication hub between multiple locations, employees, applicants, leadership, vendors, and clients. The successful candidate will help coordinate daily operations, staffing, scheduling, recruiting support, documentation, communication, and administrative workflows. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, communication, and helping operations run smoothly behind the scenes. Because our organization is actively growing, processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures will continue to evolve. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, patient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement is expected. Core Responsibilities Operations Support • Monitor and respond to incoming calls • Respond to text messages and operational inquiries • Escalate urgent issues appropriately • Maintain daily operational trackers • Assist leadership with special projects Scheduling & Staffing • Confirm employee schedules • Verify shift attendance • Track call-offs and staffing issues • Assist with shift coverage coordination • Maintain staffing documentation Administrative Support • Review incoming documents and faxes • Upload and organize files • Maintain digital records • Track compliance-related tasks • Ensure documentation is complete and accurate Recruitment Support • Confirm interviews • Send candidate reminders • Follow up with applicants • Track recruiting activity • Assist with onboarding coordination Communication • Communicate professionally with employees and leadership • Provide exceptional phone support • Deliver clear and concise written communication • Maintain a positive and service-oriented attitude Required Qualifications • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills • Strong phone presence and professional demeanor • High attention to detail • Strong organizational skills • Reliable internet connection • Quiet workspace • Ability to multitask effectively • Ability to follow processes and documentation requirements • Comfortable learning new software platforms Preferred Experience • Operations support • Workforce scheduling • Recruiting coordination • Administrative support • Customer service • Call center or dispatch experience What Success Looks Like • Calls are answered promptly and professionally • Staffing issues are identified and escalated quickly • Schedules remain organized and accurate • Documentation is completed consistently • Communication is clear and timely • Tasks are followed through to completion • Team members can rely on you to keep operations moving forward Ideal Candidate Traits • Positive and upbeat personality • Strong understanding of Western business communication • Professional and polished phone presence • Highly dependable • Resourceful and proactive • Comfortable working independently • Adaptable to changing priorities • Calm under pressure • Eager to learn and grow with the organization Application Instructions Please include the following in your application: 1.
