REMOTE SALES REPRESENTATIVE — IMMIGRATION SERVICES (Nigeria, Pakistan, Kenya)

We are looking for experienced, results-driven Sales Representatives to join our remote sales team in Nigeria, Kenya, or Pakistan. Responsibilities - Identify and engage prospective clients who require professional visa application assistance. - Convert qualified leads into paying clients through effective sales conversations and follow-up. - Onboard clients using your dedicated agent dashboard. - Manage your sales pipeline and track real-time commissions. - Professionally represent the brand within your personal, professional, and online networks. - Build a consistent pipeline of new clients through referrals, networking, outreach, and other legitimate sales channels. This role is ideal for you if: - You have a strong network and can consistently convert conversations into sales. - You understand the travel, immigration, or visa services market in your country. - You are highly motivated, self-sufficient, and commission-driven. - You can demonstrate quantifiable previous sales achievements. - You have experience selling intangible or high-value services such as insurance, financial services, travel, real estate, telecommunications, education, or professional services. - You are comfortable working remotely and managing your own sales pipeline. This role is NOT for you if: - You have no prior sales-closing experience. - You require constant supervision or daily follow-up to generate results. - You are looking for passive income without actively acquiring and converting clients. - You cannot demonstrate measurable sales performance. Compensation Base Salary NGN 150,000 – NGN 500,000/month KES 15,000 – KES 50,000/month PKR 30,000 – PKR 100,000/month Base salary is dependent on experience, proven performance, and the specific market. Commission is calculated from the USD plan price at 15%. There is no commission ceiling. The more completed cases you close, the more you earn. For example, closing 10 clients per month could generate approximately $298.50–$1,198.50 in commission, depending on the plans sold, in addition to your base salary. Top-performing sales representatives can realistically earn the equivalent of ₦500,000+ / KSh 500,000+ / PKR 500,000+ per month, depending on sales volume and the plans they sell. Requirements - Based in Nigeria, Kenya, or Pakistan. - Fluent in English. - Possess a smartphone and laptop. - Proven sales track record with verifiable results. CVs are not required. - Existing network, client base, or demonstrated ability to generate leads is a significant advantage. - Experience in insurance, financial services, travel, real estate, telecommunications, education, or other high-value services is an advantage. - Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills. - Immediate availability preferred.
