REVENUE OPERATIONS & SYSTEMS SPECIALIST Project-Based Contractor | Remote | CRM & RevOps Systems Build Map2Close builds the infrastructure that closes deals for B2B companies across Canada and the US. ROLE OVERVIEW This is a technical contractor role for one off build projects. It is not a full time hire. We scope a project, or a bundle of client requirements, and hand it off with a clear brief and a deadline. You build it, you invoice it, you move on. Simple. Our intake model is built around stacking. Rather than sending one small task at a time, we accumulate related requests across our client base and our own internal needs, bundle them into a structured project brief, and send them as a single scoped engagement. This gives you predictable, batched work and gives us better turnaround and pricing. We are looking for someone who can plug into that rhythm and deliver clean, documented, dependable work, project after project. WHAT YOU WILL DO Execute CRM builds in HubSpot and Salesforce: automations, workflows, pipeline architecture, custom properties, and forms Configure Apollo: sequences, filters, domain lists, suppression rules, email accounts, and workflows Stand up CRM environments from scratch as we scale into larger clients Take on any other CRM or RevOps technical project that is scoped and briefed by us Deliver against a defined brief with a set deadline. There is no ambiguity on scope going in WHAT YOU WILL NOT DO No ongoing client management or communication No strategic decisions. You execute the brief, you do not design it No retainer work, unless volume explicitly justifies moving in that direction HOW WE WORK: THE STACKING MODEL This is the core operating model for the role. Requests come in from clients and from internal needs over a set window, typically two to three weeks Instead of one task at a time, we batch them into a single structured project brief: deliverables one through five, due by a set date Requests are triaged and queued internally before they ever reach you, so what lands in your inbox is a clean, prioritized brief, not a stream of one offs CANDIDATE PROFILE Strong, hands on HubSpot and general CRM technical knowledge: workflows, properties, sequences, reporting Proficient in Salesforce engineering. This is a requirement, not a preference Comfortable working across platforms. We need someone who is not tied to a single CRM ecosystem and can move fluently between HubSpot, Salesforce, and adjacent tools Apollo experience Able to work from a written brief without handholding Flexible on scope changes. Clients restructure and priorities shift, and you can pivot without friction Delivers clean, documented work. We need to be able to maintain what you build after you are gone SCOPE OF WORK Recurring project types: HubSpot automation builds and workflow updates Apollo sequence creation and configuration CRM pipeline restructuring and property updates Salesforce configuration as our client base grows Integration work between tools, including HubSpot, Apollo, and Salesforce One time project examples: Full HubSpot buildout from scratch for a new client Apollo domain filtering and sequence setup for a new market Salesforce migration or restructure Custom reporting or dashboard builds COMPENSATION MODEL Model: Per project. Scoped and priced individually. No fixed monthly cost. Project Size: Ranges from two day turnarounds to month long builds. Volume Discount: Fifteen to twenty percent off standard rates when deliverables are stacked and batched. Invoice Timing: Per project, on completion. Retainer Path: If build recurrence becomes high enough, we will discuss moving to a monthly retainer. Typical benchmark is two to three completed projects before that conversation makes sense.
