RFP Expert with technical knowledge

We are looking for an experienced Proposal Writer with a strong understanding of software development projects to help us prepare and submit two RFP responses for US-based nonprofit organizations. Projects Mobile Application Development with AI Chatbot Integration Web Application Development Both opportunities are for US nonprofit organizations, and proposals need to be completed and submitted by early next week. Scope of Work Review RFP requirements and compliance criteria Create complete proposal structure and response strategy Develop executive summary, company overview, methodology, project approach, timelines, deliverables, assumptions, risk management, support model, and value proposition Ensure proposal is aligned with nonprofit and public-sector expectations Create a professional, submission-ready proposal document Coordinate with our technical team for architecture, technology stack, and effort estimates Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to accelerate drafting where appropriate Ensure consistency, formatting, and compliance across the entire proposal Required Experience Proven experience writing winning proposals for: US Nonprofit Organizations US State Government RFPs Public Sector Technology Projects Experience with software development, web applications, mobile applications, AI/ML projects, or digital transformation initiatives Understanding of proposal evaluation criteria and scoring methodologies Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines When Applying, Please Share Relevant proposal-writing experience Examples of nonprofit or government RFPs you have worked on Approximate proposal win rate / success ratio Sample templates or proposal structures you typically use Availability over the next 5–7 days Any experience with software development, AI, mobile apps, Budget Total Budget: USD $200 for both proposals if our RFP selected, we will give additonal bonus These are relatively small RFPs and not large-scale government procurements. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the proposal process end-to-end and help us create a compelling, professional, and competitive submission.
