Project Momentum Learning Engagement Platform (LEP) Request for Proposal (RFP) Version 0.1 1. Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer or small development team to build the first version (MVP) of a Learning Engagement Platform. The objective is to create an engaging platform that encourages students to practise regularly through quizzes while allowing teachers and parents to monitor progress. The MVP should be designed so additional modules can be added over time without requiring a major redesign. This is intended to be the foundation of a long-term educational platform. 2. Primary Goal The MVP should deliver a high-quality quiz platform similar in user experience to Kahoot, but developed as our own product. A Progressive Web App (PWA) is preferred over native Android/iOS applications. 3. MVP Features A. Important Notes The Quiz Engine is the highest priority. The platform should be architected so future modules can be added without redesigning the system. We are looking for a developer interested in a long-term relationship rather than simply delivering a one-time project. 6
