Radiology peer review in MRI / educational second look / preliminary DICOM review

I am a licensed physician/radiologist looking for an experienced radiologist to provide preliminary peer review / second-look opinions on anonymized MRI cases. This is not intended as a medico-legal report or as a replacement for local clinical responsibility. I am looking for concise, practical radiology peer review: a second set of eyes on MRI studies where I want confirmation, a differential diagnosis, or an additional opinion on the visible findings. Typical cases may include: -MRI brain -MRI spine -MRI musculoskeletal / joints -MRI abdomen / pelvis -Oncologic follow-up MRI cases The images will be anonymized before being shared. I can provide DICOM files, and the ideal candidate should be comfortable reviewing MRI studies using their own DICOM viewer or preferred radiology viewing software. For each case, I am looking for short, useful peer-review feedback, usually including: -Key findings -Main impression -Differential diagnosis, if relevant -Any important “do not miss” findings -Whether you agree or disagree with the suspected diagnosis, when applicable -Any limitations or need for comparison / clinical correlation Requirements: -Radiologist or experienced radiology resident -Strong MRI interpretation experience -Ability to review anonymized DICOM studies -Clear written English -Honest communication about uncertainty and limitations -Concise, practical feedback Hourly contract, capped at 30 minutes per case unless complexity is pre-approved
