Raft Foundation RC Shop Drawings using CAD RC

We are looking for an experienced freelancer/team to prepare Raft Foundation RC Shop Drawings (ATTACHED SAMPLE) based on the reference/sample drawings provided by us. The scope includes preparing detailed RC shop drawings as per the provided structural drawings, standards, project requirements, and drafting/output guidelines. The freelancer must ensure accuracy, proper reinforcement detailing, clear reinforcement presentation, bar marks, sections, schedules, notes, Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), and drawing coordination as per the reference format. Before final selection, please share the following: 1. Your previous experience in similar Raft Foundation / RC Shop Drawing projects. 2. Sample drawings, portfolio, or project references for our technical evaluation. 3. Whether you are working as an individual freelancer or have a team. 4. Number of detailers, drafters, and QA/QC reviewers available in your team. 5. Your daily drawing production capacity. 6. Your monthly and yearly production capacity, as we may have thousands of drawings to be prepared. 7. Your best pricing per drawing, per sheet, per ton, or dedicated resource basis. 8. Expected turnaround time after receiving input drawings and sample references. 9. Software used for RC detailing and drawing preparation. 10. Experience using CAD RC detailing plugins and CAD software, including but not limited to AutoCAD-based RC plugins, Revit reinforcement tools, BIM reinforcement detailing tools, bar scheduling software, and any automated RC detailing solutions. 11. Your quality checking and QA/QC process before submission. 12. Confirmation that you can follow the provided sample drawing format, project standards, naming conventions, and required output policies. 13. Have you worked on Dubai or UAE-based projects before? If yes, please provide project details, scope handled, project type, and sample work where possible. 14. Number of years of experience working on UAE projects and familiarity with UAE authority requirements, consultant standards, and construction practices. 15. Ability to handle revisions, markups, and fast-track submissions. 16. Availability for long-term collaboration and ability to scale resources as project volume increases.
