Random Vibration & Fatigue Damage Consultant

FEA Consultant – Random Vibration & Fatigue Assessment We are looking for an experienced FEA consultant with hands-on experience in (on/off road) random vibration (PSD) analysis and fatigue damage assessment for vehicle/structural applications. Our engineering team will perform the complete FEA setup and simulations. The consultant will: Guide us in selecting the appropriate vibration standards and PSD curves. Review the random vibration analysis methodology and results. Guide the team on fatigue damage/life evaluation. Review the technical documentation and provide feedback before finalizing the report. Experience with ANSYS Mechanical / Workbench or similar FEA software is preferred. Important We are not looking for someone to perform the complete simulation independently. Our engineering team has the capability to execute the FEA work. We need an experienced consultant who can guide the methodology, identify the appropriate standards and PSD inputs, assess the results, review the fatigue/damage evaluation, and technically review our final documentation.
