SolidWorks Mechanical Designer for Paper Trouser Guard Forming & Cutting Machine

Hi everyone, I am looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer on SolidWorks to design a complete paper forming and cutting machine for manufacturing Paper Trouser Guards (used for laundry/dry cleaning wire hangers). Project Overview: - The machine pulls a strip of heavy cardboard/paper stock, forms it into a V-shape / rounded profile, applies a non-slip tape/glue strip in the middle, and cuts it automatically to specified lengths. - I have reference videos and 3D concept screenshots showing the exact mechanism and layout required. Required Deliverables: 1. Complete 3D Assembly & Part CAD Files in SolidWorks (.SLDASM, .SLDPRT). 2. STEP / IGES files for all custom parts. 3. 2D Technical Manufacturing Drawings (DXF/PDF) for CNC machining, laser cutting, and sheet metal fabrication. 4. Bill of Materials (BOM) including standard hardware, pneumatic cylinders, and motor specs. Requirements: - Proven experience in Roll Forming machines, sheet metal, and cutting mechanism design. - Ability to analyze mechanical motion and ensure smooth feeding without jamming.
