React Native Developer Review & Complete Iraqi Construction App

I'm looking for an experienced React Native + Supabase developer to review, fix, and complete a partially built mobile app, with potential for long-term collaboration. THE APP: Bina is an Iraqi construction marketplace connecting customers with construction companies and contractors. Similar to TaskRabbit, but for the construction sector. The app is built in Arabic (RTL layout). ALREADY BUILT (~80%): - React Native + Expo project structure - Core screens: Home, Company Profile, Requests, Chat - Supabase database schema - Full design system with colors and components WHAT I NEED: 1. Review existing code and fix bugs 2. Secure the Supabase backend (RLS policies so user data is protected) 3. Implement real OTP phone verification (+964 Iraqi numbers) 4. Connect all screens to real data (currently using mock data) 5. Get request posting + offers + in-app chat working end-to-end 6. Test on real iOS and Android devices 7. Help deploy to TestFlight and Google Play TECH STACK: React Native, Expo, Supabase (Auth, Database, Realtime, Storage), NativeWind, Expo Router. The app is built in React Native + Supabase. If you see a strong technical reason to adjust part of the setup, I'm open to hearing it — but the goal is to complete the existing app, not rebuild from scratch. ADDITIONAL SCOPE (bonus): - I also have an admin dashboard (web) and a landing website connected to the same Supabase backend. Experience with web (React/Vite) is a plus, since they connect to the same system. - I'm a non-technical founder. Beyond coding, I value a developer who can advise me on technical decisions and best practices as the platform grows. If you've launched similar marketplace apps before, please mention it.
