Key ResponsibilitiesFeature Delivery: Architect, build, and deploy highly performant, cross-platform features across iOS and Android from a single codebase. UI/UX Implementation: Translate complex Figma designs into pixel-perfect, fluid, and responsive native-feeling interfaces. API Integration: Connect mobile frontends with secure backend services via REST APIs or GraphQL endpoints, handling async data states, local caching, and offline-first workflows.Performance Tuning: Profile, diagnose, and resolve application bottlenecks, slow UI render passes, memory leaks, and JavaScript thread delays. Native Bridging: Write or integrate custom native modules and handle platform-specific APIs when React Native components fall short. Quality Assurance: Write clean, modular, and well-documented code backed by robust automated unit and integration tests. Required Qualifications & SkillsExperience: Minimum 5 years of professional mobile development experience, with at least 4 years focused entirely on React Native. Core Languages: Deep proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, and strong static typing skills using TypeScript. State Management: Mastery of modern state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API. Mobile Ecosystems: Solid working knowledge of iOS and Android platform fundamentals, layout engine constraints, and native build tools like Xcode and Android Studio. Testing: Proficiency using JavaScript testing frameworks such as Jest and React Native Testing Library. Version Control: Expertise with Git workflows, including branching strategies and pull request reviews.
