React Native Engineer — Global eSIM Travel App (TypeScript, AI-assisted workflow)

Our product is a global eSIM for travelers — one download, one install, data that works in 200+ countries with no per-country plan switching. Our web app is live and the marketplace is generating revenue. Our native mobile app is the next big build — and that's where you come in. We're looking for a senior React Native engineer to own and ship our mobile app, taking over work currently carried by our founder so we can free him to focus elsewhere. What you'll build Our React Native app: onboarding, eSIM activation, top-up and membership purchase flows, usage dashboard, and a points/rewards surface. - The onboarding-to-activation flow is our most important funnel — installing an eSIM is the hardest step a new user takes, and getting them through it reliably is the difference-maker. - Integration with our backend APIs and a third-party embedded-wallet auth provider. - Collaborating with our founder, frontend (Next.js), and backend engineers. Must-haves - Multiple production React Native apps shipped to the App Store and/or Play Store (please share live links). - Strong TypeScript; solid grasp of state management, navigation, and API integration. - Comfort with native modules / device-level APIs and debugging real-device issues. - LLM-based engineering deeply integrated into your daily workflow. You work fluently with AI coding tools — we use Claude Code daily — and you ship faster because of it. This is a core requirement, not a bonus. Clear communicator who works well async in a small team. Nice-to-haves - Embedded-wallet or web3 auth experience (Privy, Magic, Dynamic, or similar). - Fintech/payments, telecom/eSIM, or subscription-product experience. Expo familiarity; Next.js familiarity for shared-types work.
