React/Next.js SaaS Developer for Launch Readiness
Worldwide
We're building a SaaS product (structured workflows + dashboards for business users, kind of decision-support tooling) and honestly it works but it doesn't feel ready yet. Not looking for a landing page person or someone to just slap on some Tailwind classes - we need someone who can actually look at the product and go "ok here's what's making this feel unfinished" and then fix it. Where we're at: early stage, MVP built, real workflows in there, but the overall experience is inconsistent across screens. Some flows feel solid, others feel half-baked. We have a reference app we want to model the structure/quality against. Need this cleaned up before we start doing demos for investors and early users, so launch readiness and overall polish is the main thing right now. What we need help with: Going through the existing app and figuring out what's inconsistent or unclear (navigation, copy, components, whatever) Cleaning up key screens/workflows so they actually feel like a real product Working off our reference app to match structure and quality bar General UI consistency stuff - components, branding feel, copy tightening Helping us think through gaps we might not even be seeing ourselves (you've probably worked on enough SaaS products to spot the stuff we're missing) Basically helping this feel credible enough to put in front of investors without us cringing Who we think would be good for this: Solid React / Next.js / TypeScript chops Comfortable in Tailwind or similar Has worked on SaaS dashboards, admin panels, or anything data-heavy before, not just marketing sites Genuinely fine working inside someone else's codebase Can look at a messy flow and say "this part's confusing" without us having to point it out Gets the whole MVP / founder-led startup thing - moves fast, doesn't need everything spelled out If this goes well there's a good chance this turns into a longer thing - more dashboard work, frontend architecture, billing, integrations, AI workflows, the whole ride as the product grows past MVP. We're not committing to that upfront but wanted to flag it since we'd rather find someone who could stick around. When you apply, can you include: A couple examples of SaaS MVPs you've built end to end Anything where you came into an existing product/codebase and made it better (this matters more to us than greenfield work tbh) When you could realistically start Can you do at least 6 hrs overlapping with US hours Are you ok working in a dev environment we provide, if it comes to that Not trying to write a novel here, just want to find someone who gets it.
