React + Python Performance Optimization Task

We need an experienced engineer to optimize a real-time CRM pipeline board. The app uses React, Redux Toolkit, TypeScript, WebSockets, and a Python backend. The board becomes slow when handling 500+ leads, with long load times, slow drag-and-drop, and excessive re-renders after WebSocket updates. We are looking for someone who can: Optimize React rendering performance Improve Redux state structure and memoized selectors Handle real-time WebSocket updates efficiently Improve drag-and-drop responsiveness Review and optimize Python backend APIs Work with FastAPI/Django, PostgreSQL, Redis, and async processing Please apply with examples of similar React performance optimizations, Python backend scaling projects, or Node.js API/microservice optimization work. Experience with real-time systems, WebSockets, PostgreSQL, Redis, and large-scale production applications is highly valued.
