Title: React/TypeScript Developer — AI Voice Calling & UX Improvements for Outbound Sales SaaS Hourly range: $15–$35/hr Project length: 2–4 weeks, with potential for ongoing part-time work About the project Outpace is a B2B outbound sales platform built in Lovable/TanStack Start with React, TypeScript, Supabase, and Stripe. We need a developer to add AI-powered voice calling to our existing multi-channel sequence builder and make targeted UX improvements. Important: You will work directly in the GitHub repo, not inside Lovable. The project owner will review all pull requests and handle publishing from Lovable. What you’ll build Add an AI voice call step to our existing sequence/campaign builder Integrate a voice API provider (Twilio, Vapi, Bland, or Retell — open to your recommendation) Handle call initiation, status webhooks, voicemail drops, and call outcome logging Store call transcripts/outcomes against leads and campaigns Add a simple UI for users to configure voice step settings Minor UX polish across dashboard, leads, and campaigns sections Tech stack React 19 + TypeScript TanStack Start / TanStack Router Tailwind CSS + shadcn/ui Supabase (Auth, Postgres, RLS) Stripe (billing/subscriptions) GitHub (branch + PR workflow) Requirements 2+ years of React/TypeScript experience Experience with Supabase or PostgreSQL Familiarity with Stripe webhooks or subscription billing Experience integrating voice APIs (Twilio, Vapi, Bland, Retell, etc.) Comfortable working from a GitHub repo and opening clean PRs Good written English and ability to work independently Nice to have Experience with AI/LLM integrations (OpenAI, GPT-4o) Familiarity with outbound sales / CRM / cadence tools Experience with Apollo.io, People Data Labs, or lead enrichment APIs How we’ll work You’ll clone the repo and work in your own IDE One feature per branch, pull requests for review Owner merges approved PRs; Lovable syncs changes automatically Regular async updates via Upwork messages
