Real Estate Acquisitions Associate — Part-Time (Remote) Terra Construction LLC | Nashville, TN $10/hour | ~20 hours/week | Flexible Schedule About the Role Terra Construction is a Nashville-based real estate development and construction company focused on ground-up residential projects across the metro area. We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Acquisitions Associate to help us source and track deal flow. This is a remote, part-time role with flexible hours — ideal for someone hungry to break into real estate or who already has a foot in the door and wants to stay sharp on deal sourcing. Responsibilities Call real estate agents to identify off-market listings, pocket deals, and upcoming inventory Follow up with seller leads via phone and text to qualify interest and gather property details Monitor Facebook groups, online forums, and other community platforms for distressed properties, motivated sellers, and investment opportunities Compile and organize leads, deals, and property data into organized spreadsheets for internal review Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, call notes, and deal status Flag promising opportunities to ownership with relevant details (asking price, location, condition, motivation) What We're Looking For Strong phone communication skills — you're comfortable making outbound calls and don't shy away from rejection Organized and detail-oriented with experience managing spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) Self-starter who can work independently without hand-holding Basic understanding of real estate terminology is a plus, but not required Reliable internet connection and ability to track hours honestly Compensation & Schedule $10/hour Approximately 20 hours per week to start, with potential to grow Flexible scheduling — work when it works for you, as long as deliverables are met
