Position: Acquisition Manager (Real Estate – Broker Outreach) Location: Remote Type: Full-Time Hour: 50 hours per week. Monday - Friday, 9AM - 7PM PDT. Occasionally Saturday & Sunday - About Us We are a small real estate investment company focused on acquiring and selling residential properties (wholesaling) in Washington. Our success is driven by strong relationships with real estate brokers, and we’re looking for a skilled relationship builder to help us expand our network and deal flow. Our goal is to become the top company in our local market in the next 5 years. - About the Role We're looking for high performer only. Your primary responsibility is to connect with real estate brokers, generate opportunities, and build long-term partnerships. This is a high-volume outbound calling role that requires persistence, confidence, and professionalism. If you’re someone who thrives on the phone, knows how to build trust quickly, and can consistently follow up to convert conversations into deals—this role is for you. - Key Responsibilities 1. Make daily 200 outbound calls to real estate agents 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with agents 3. Generate and nurture leads through consistent follow-up 4. Track conversations, contacts, and pipeline in CRM: GoHighLevel 5. Negotiate and lock up deals 6. Coordinate inspections, showings and push deals to the finish line - Requirements 1. Proven experience in sales, cold calling, or relationship management (required) 2. Experience in real estate or working with agents/brokers (strongly preferred) 3. Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) – must sound professional and confident on the phone 4. Comfortable making high-volume calls daily 5. Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail 6. Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven - What We’re Looking For 1. Someone who doesn’t shy away from the phone 2. A relationship-first mindset (not just transactional selling) 3. Consistency and reliability in daily outreach 4. Ability to turn cold contacts into long-term partners - Compensation . $10 - $15 per hour depending experience and skill . Commissions per sale: 1st sale: $500; 2nd sale: $1000; 3rd sale: $1500; 4th sale: $2000, ... . Opportunity for long-term growth within the company - How to Apply Please submit: 1.
