The Real Estate Acquisition Specialist is an individual who thrives on taking risks and facing challenges while maintaining a win-win, positive attitude. In addition, he/she demonstrates on a daily basis the knowledge, attitudes, negotiation skills, and habits of a high-achieving Sales Manager who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, solving problems, and seeking win-win agreements. We are looking for someone who is independent, confident, firm, and proactive. This person will need to take initiative to get things done. Competitive and driven spirit are great fits for the team. This person must have a passion for sales. Job Description We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Acquisition Agent to help identify, analyze, and secure investment properties. The ideal candidate understands real estate investing, can accurately evaluate deals, and is confident negotiating with agents and sellers to create win-win transactions. Responsibilities: Identify and source potential investment properties, including on-market and off-market opportunities. Analyze deals and determine whether properties meet investment criteria. Run and interpret comparable sales (comps) to estimate property values and after-repair values (ARV). Communicate and build relationships with real estate agents, wholesalers, and sellers. Negotiate purchase terms and pricing Prepare, submit, and follow up on purchase offers. Track leads, offers, and contract statuses in the CRM. Coordinate with team members throughout the acquisition process. **Qualifications:**Track record of success in sales Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone Strong writing and verbal communication Must be ambitious!
