# Real Estate Acquisition Support Representative (Outbound Calling) ## About Us Encore Acquisitions is a growing real estate investment company based in Houston, Texas. We help homeowners sell their properties directly to us through a simple, professional, and solution-oriented process. We are looking for two motivated and reliable Acquisition Support Representatives to join our remote team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who is confident speaking on the phone, enjoys building rapport with people, and is comfortable working in a performance-driven environment. This is primarily an outbound calling and lead management position focused on speaking with homeowners, gathering property information, and identifying potential opportunities for our acquisitions team. --- ## Schedule We are hiring for two full-time contractor schedules: Shift 1: Monday – Thursday 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST Shift 2: Wednesday – Saturday 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST 40 hours per week. Because homeowners are often more available before work, during lunch hours, and in the evenings, this role is ideal for candidates located in international time zones. Please indicate which shift you are applying for when submitting your application. --- ## Compensation * $5–$8/hour depending on experience * Weekly KPI/performance bonuses (approximately $25+) * Full-time long-term opportunity * Growth opportunities within the company --- ## Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to homeowners using provided lead lists * Build rapport and have professional conversations with property owners * Gather information about properties and seller situations * Identify motivated sellers and qualified opportunities * Accurately update notes and follow-ups inside our CRM * Schedule callbacks and maintain organized communication * Work closely with our acquisitions team to move opportunities forward * Follow scripts while still sounding conversational and natural Expected call volume: Approximately 100–300 outbound calls per day --- ## Requirements ### Required * Fluent English speaking skills * Clear communication with minimal accent * Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with people * Reliable high-speed internet connection * Quiet work environment * Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls * Strong work ethic and reliability * Basic computer proficiency * Ability to follow systems and processes ### Preferred (Not Required) * Previous cold calling or appointment setting experience * Real estate experience * Salesforce CRM experience * Smrtphone experience * Experience using dialers or CRM systems * Customer service or sales background --- ## What We’re Looking For We care more about communication skills, attitude, consistency, and coachability than years of experience.
