Location: Remote Schedule: Full-time, U.S. business hours Compensation: Base pay + performance bonuses / commission About Us We are a real estate investment company based in Las Vegas, Nevada. We buy, wholesale, and flip residential properties. Our company works directly with real estate agents to find off-market and discounted investment opportunities. We are looking for a hungry, confident, and coachable sales closer to join our acquisitions team. This is a performance-driven sales role where you will be speaking with real estate agents, following up on potential deals, analyzing seller motivation, and helping us lock up investment properties. This is not a basic admin or virtual assistant role. We are looking for someone who is comfortable on the phone, can handle objections, follow up consistently, and close deals. Responsibilities Call and follow up with real estate agents about potential investment properties Build relationships with agents and become their go-to buyer Ask questions about property condition, seller motivation, timeline, and price expectations Review leads in our CRM and keep all notes updated Present offers clearly and professionally Follow up aggressively with agents until a deal is accepted or dead Coordinate with the owner/acquisitions manager on pricing and offer strategy Help move deals from lead to offer to contract Track daily activity, calls, conversations, offers made, and follow-ups Who We Are Looking For We want someone who is: Confident and professional on the phone Fluent in English with a clear speaking voice Competitive and motivated by performance-based pay Comfortable with rejection and objections Very organized with follow-up Able to work U.S. business hours Coachable and willing to follow our sales process Experienced in sales, cold calling, appointment setting, real estate, solar, insurance, collections, or B2B sales Real estate experience is a plus, but not required. Sales ability and work ethic matter more. Requirements Excellent spoken English Reliable internet connection Quiet work environment Laptop or desktop computer Experience using a CRM is a plus Previous phone sales experience preferred Ability to work full-time during U.S. hours Must be willing to submit a voice recording and complete a live roleplay interview Compensation This role includes a base pay plus performance bonuses. Compensation may include: Monthly base salary Bonuses for accepted offers Bonuses for closed deals Commission based on deal profit or assignment fee Top performers will have the opportunity to grow into a senior acquisitions role and earn more as the company scales.
