We are a small real estate company in Dallas, Texas. We buy vacant lots, teardowns, and distressed houses directly from owners — we are principals, not agents, and we pay cash. We have a research-built list of property owners who are behind on taxes, in probate, or have code violations. We do not need you to find leads. We need you to talk to them. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Call property owners from a list we provide (about 20 hours/week to start, your schedule within US business hours) - Open the conversation, find out whether they would consider selling, and learn their situation - Qualify: do they own it, what condition is it in, why might they sell, what timing - Book a callback with the owner — you do not negotiate price on your own; every property comes with a maximum number from our pricing system - Log every call outcome in our phone system WHAT WE PROVIDE - The lead list, with property details already researched and a per-lead briefing - A business phone system with recording and transcripts (your own login) - A script and objection guide - Direct access to the owner of the business — you are not buried in a call center WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU - Clear, natural spoken English — property owners must be comfortable talking to you - Previous cold calling experience, ideally US real estate - Reliable internet and a quiet space - Absolute discipline on compliance: calling hours, do-not-call requests, and our script rules are not flexible. Calls are recorded and reviewed. - Someone who can hear "no" for an hour and stay warm on the next call PAY $7/hour base + $25 per qualified appointment booked + $500 bonus for every contract we sign from your calls.
