Real Estate Acquisitions & Dispositions

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Acquisitions and Dispositions Cold Caller to join our team. You will contact motivated sellers, qualify leads, follow up consistently, and help move opportunities toward signed contracts. You will also contact cash buyers, build buyer relationships, present available properties, and assist with assigning deals. Responsibilities: * Make outbound calls to property owners and cash buyers * Qualify sellers based on motivation, timeline, property condition, and asking price * Conduct consistent follow-up with interested leads * Negotiate with sellers and help secure purchase contracts * Build and maintain an active cash-buyer list * Market available deals and collect buyer offers * Update all calls, notes, tasks, and lead stages inside XLeads CRM * Meet daily call, follow-up, lead, and appointment targets * Provide an end-of-day performance report Requirements: * Previous real estate acquisitions and dispositions experience is required * Strong English communication and negotiation skills * Confident handling objections and speaking with motivated sellers * Familiarity with wholesaling, ARV, repair estimates, MAO, and assignment contracts * Reliable computer, internet connection, and quiet working environment * Organized, dependable, coachable, and results-driven Please apply with a short voice recording, details of your real estate experience, the number of deals you have helped close, and the CRM and dialers you have previously used.
