Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist (Phone Sales)

We're looking for an exceptional communicator who enjoys talking with people, building relationships, and uncovering opportunities. This is a sales-first role. Your primary responsibility is speaking with property owners who have contacted us about selling their property. If you're not confident on the phone, this isn't the right position. When you're not on the phone, you'll research and hunt for future development opportunities, including vacant land, redevelopment sites, teardown opportunities, and underutilized properties with development potential. What You'll Do Follow up quickly with inbound seller leads. Build rapport and ask great questions. Qualify property owners and gather key information. Research zoning, ownership, and development potential. Identify vacant land, teardown opportunities, and redevelopment sites. Build and maintain our property database. Help improve our acquisition process. We're Looking For Someone Who Is exceptional on the phone. Has sales, telemarketing, or inside sales experience. Builds trust quickly. Is naturally curious and asks great questions. Enjoys research and problem solving. Works independently and takes initiative. Is highly organized and detail-oriented. Real estate or development experience is a big plus, but not required. We'd rather hire an outstanding communicator with strong sales skills than someone with years of real estate experience but average phone skills.
