Real Estate AI Agent Developer – Property Search & Due Diligence Automation We are looking for an experienced AI developer to build a real estate AI agent that can search property websites and commercial real estate websites to find suitable development sites, land, and investment opportunities. The AI agent should be able to: Property Search * Search real estate websites for suitable blocks of land * Search commercial property websites for development and investment opportunities * Filter properties by suburb, land size, zoning, price, frontage, overlays, development potential, and other criteria * Save and rank properties based on our investment rules * Identify off-market or under-advertised opportunities where possible Due Diligence * Check zoning information * Review overlays and planning constraints * Identify character overlays, heritage overlays, flooding, bushfire, easements, access issues, and other risks * Search council planning websites and public property data where available * Summarise development potential * Highlight risks and red flags * Create a simple scorecard for each property Reporting * Generate a property summary report * Compare multiple properties side by side * Provide links to the original listings and data sources * Export results to Google Sheets, Excel, Airtable, or Notion * Send alerts when a strong property match is found Preferred Experience * AI agents * Web scraping / web automation * Real estate data * Planning and zoning research * GIS or mapping APIs * Google Maps API * OpenAI / Claude / Gemini APIs * LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks * Browser automation tools such as Playwright or Puppeteer Important: The system must only collect publicly available information and must comply with website terms, privacy rules, and data usage restrictions.
