Real Estate Agent Recruiter (Remote) — Experienced, Agent-to-Brokerage Recruiting

We're a top-producing real estate team at eXp Realty Northern California on pace for 500+ closings this year. We're building out our recruiting department and looking for an experienced recruiter who has specifically recruited licensed real estate agents to a team or brokerage. This is outbound, relationship-driven recruiting. You'll be reaching out to agents who already have a business and convincing them that our team, with leads, training, systems, and support, is the better home for them. This is not inbound application screening. If you've recruited agents before, you know exactly the kind of conversations this takes. What you'll do Source and prospect licensed agent candidates through cold outreach (phone, text, email, social) Run high-volume, consistent outreach to fill the recruiting pipeline Screen and qualify candidates against our team profile Schedule interviews with our leadership and move candidates through to signing Keep the pipeline organized and current in our CRM Nurture longer-term prospects who aren't ready to move yet You're a strong fit if you: Have direct experience recruiting real estate agents (please describe it in your proposal) Speak and write fluent, natural-sounding English. This role is phone- and conversation-heavy, so clear, confident spoken English is essential Are comfortable with cold, outbound outreach and a high volume of "no" Understand brokerage models, splits, and what actually motivates an agent to switch Are self-driven, organized, and consistent with follow-up Have worked in recruiting CRMs and pipeline tools Can overlap with US Pacific business hours Details: Fully remote Hourly pay plus performance bonuses tied to agents signed and closing Hourly rate depends on experience level, with real room to grow This is a role with serious upside. As you produce, total earnings can grow well into six figures You'll work behind our established team brand and marketing.
