Real Estate Analyst | Market Research & Financial Analysis Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Real Estate Analyst to support our real estate investment and acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing properties, creating financial models, and providing actionable insights to support investment decisions. This role is ideal for someone with experience in U.S. real estate, property analysis, underwriting, and financial modeling. Responsibilities Analyze residential and commercial real estate investment opportunities. Conduct market research on property values, rental rates, demographics, and market trends. Perform property underwriting and financial analysis. Build and maintain financial models (ROI, IRR, Cap Rate, Cash-on-Cash Return, NPV). Prepare investment summaries, reports, and presentations. Conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions and development projects. Analyze comparable sales (comps) and rental data. Track market trends, economic indicators, and real estate performance metrics. Assist with portfolio management and asset performance reporting. Collaborate with acquisition teams, brokers, lenders, and other stakeholders.
