Real Estate Analyzation

I am actively looking for someone to analyze all the off‑market properties I receive through email and text lists. I receive a steady flow of leads daily, and each opportunity needs to be evaluated to determine whether it fits within our investment criteria. These properties are located across Ontario and Michigan, with additional markets being added as we grow. The ideal applicant will be responsible for analyzing each property and determining whether it is best suited for: Fix and flip Buy and hold Rental opportunity What price makes sense Or should be discarded based on the numbers Required Skills & Experience: Ability to read and interpret crime maps and neighborhood data Strong understanding of market rents and rental demand Ability to calculate ARVs (After Repair Values) using comps Experience evaluating repair estimates and investment viability Ability to quickly categorize each lead into a recommended strategy Strong judgment on whether a property is worth pursuing or should be passed on This role requires someone who is analytical, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with real estate data across multiple markets.
