Job Overview I’m a licensed real estate agent in the Dallas- Fort Worth area (US) looking for a reliable appointment setter to call leads from my database and schedule qualified buyer and rental consultations. These leads come from recently held or past events, inquiries, and online registrations. Many have not been contacted recently, so this role requires someone comfortable speaking with cold or lightly warm leads and quickly building rapport. Your main goal is simple: schedule qualified appointments on my calendar. — Responsibilities • Call leads from a provided list/database • Introduce yourself as calling on behalf of my real estate team • Ask a few qualifying questions about their housing plans • Schedule appointments for serious prospects • Update call outcomes in a spreadsheet • Flag high-intent prospects for immediate follow-up — Types of Leads You may be speaking with people interested in: • Apartment locating • Rental homes • Buying a home • Future buyers (6–12 months out) — Your success will be measured by: • Number of calls made • Conversations with leads • Qualified appointments booked • Appointments that are successfully completed — Ideal Candidate • Comfortable making 100+ calls per day • Clear, friendly English communication • Prior appointment setting or real estate ISA experience preferred • Confident speaking with strangers • Organized and reliable • Able to follow a simple call structure without sounding robotic Bonus if you have experience with: • Real estate lead generation • U.S. real estate terminology — Compensation • Hourly pay • Additional incentive/bonus for appointments that successfully take place!! ** If you have previous cold call recordings or sales call, please include in your profile.
