Job Title: Real Estate Appointment Setter (Lofty CRM Experience Preferred) Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and motivated Real Estate Appointment Setter to help manage leads, follow up with prospects, and schedule appointments for our real estate team. Responsibilities: Contact new and existing leads via phone, text, and email Follow up consistently with prospects in the CRM Qualify leads and identify buying or selling opportunities Schedule appointments for agents Update lead information and notes in Lofty CRM Manage lead pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups Maintain professional communication with clients Requirements: Previous experience in real estate lead generation or appointment setting Experience using Lofty CRM (preferred) Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Strong organizational and follow-up skills Ability to work independently and meet appointment goals Reliable internet connection and headset Preferred Qualifications: Experience with U.S. real estate markets Familiarity with CRM systems, lead nurturing, and sales processes Knowledge of texting and email follow-up campaigns To Apply: Please include: Your real estate appointment-setting experience Your experience with Lofty CRM (or similar CRM platforms) The number of appointments you typically set per month Your hourly rate and availability We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to helping our team convert leads into appointments.
