Real Estate Assistant / Lead Follow-Up Coordinator I’m looking for a reliable, organized real estate assistant to help with lead follow-up, client touches, CRM/pipeline organization, appointment scheduling, and basic real estate administrative support. The ideal person understands the basic real estate buying and selling process, is comfortable with client communication, and can help keep follow-up organized so no lead or important date gets missed. Responsibilities include: * Follow up with cold, warm, and hot leads by call, text, and email * Update client statuses, notes, and next steps * Organize a weekly list of people to contact and follow up with * Help manage client touches such as anniversaries, holiday cards, market updates, check-ins, and personal messages * Set reminders for key dates: inspections, mortgage contingency, appraisal, closing, listing prep, photos, open houses, and follow-up tasks * Set up ShowingTime appointments * Help set up buyer searches in SmartMLS and Sierra * Maintain spreadsheets, lead lists, and follow-up trackers * Support day-to-day real estate tasks as needed Requirements: * Basic understanding of the real estate process * Comfortable making calls and following up with leads * Organized and detail-oriented * Familiar with SmartMLS, ShowingTime, Sierra, and Follow Up Boss preferred * Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets * Professional communication skills * Canva experience is a bonus
