Florida Real Estate Attorney Needed – Residential Lease Review & Customization I am looking for a licensed Florida real estate attorney to review and customize a residential lease agreement for a luxury single-family home rental in Miami. The tenant will be paying the entire 12-month lease upfront via wire transfer, so I would like to ensure the lease properly addresses this payment structure and complies with Florida law. Scope of Work: Review a Florida residential lease agreement. Recommend and draft any necessary revisions. Ensure the lease complies with current Florida landlord-tenant laws. Add or revise provisions relating to: Full annual rent paid in advance. Security deposit handling. Wire transfer payment instructions. Default and termination provisions. Property protection and tenant responsibilities. Advise whether any additional clauses should be included to better protect the landlord. Requirements: Licensed attorney in the State of Florida. Significant experience with Florida residential real estate and landlord-tenant law. Experience drafting or reviewing residential lease agreements. Ability to complete the review within 24–48 hours.
