We provide: * Real Estate Accounting & Bookkeeping * FP&A & Financial Reporting * Investor & Lender Reporting * Cash Flow Forecasting * ERP Support (QuickBooks, AppFolio, Yardi, Sage Intacct, RealPage) Our positioning is simple: We are not a generic outsourcing firm. We act as a finance partner for real estate operators who need clean financials, strategic clarity, and investor-ready reporting. --- ## What We Are Looking For We are looking for a proactive Business Development Representative (BDR) / Appointment Setter who can help us generate qualified meetings with: * Property Management Companies * Real Estate Syndicators * Real Estate Developers * Asset Management Firms * CPA Firms serving real estate clients * Advisory / Fractional CFO Firms focused on real estate This is not a list-building-only role. We are looking for someone who can own the process from prospect identification to booked meeting. --- ## Responsibilities ### Lead Research * Identify qualified prospects matching our ideal client profile * Research decision-makers and key stakeholders * Build and maintain prospect lists ### Outreach * LinkedIn outreach * Email outreach * Follow-up sequences * Basic qualification conversations ### Appointment Setting * Book discovery calls with qualified prospects * Coordinate calendars and scheduling * Ensure prospects are properly briefed before meetings ### CRM & Reporting * Maintain outreach tracking * Provide weekly activity reports * Share insights and recommendations to improve conversions --- ## Ideal Candidate * Experience generating appointments for B2B professional services * Experience selling accounting, finance, bookkeeping, CFO, advisory, or real estate services * Strong written English * Comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator * Experience with Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar tools * Ability to work independently and proactively Bonus: * Real estate industry experience * CPA firm or finance industry experience * Existing knowledge of property management companies and syndicators --- ## Success Metrics You will be measured on: * Qualified prospects identified * Outreach volume * Response rates * Discovery calls booked * Qualified opportunities generated --- ## To Apply Please answer the following: 1.
